Your Words And Thought Will Also Be Judged

Matt. 12:35-37; 15:17-20

Believers should know that at the judgment seat of Christ, it is not only their works that will be judged, but also their words and thoughts. Brethren, what is your thought like? Is your thinking in line with God’s words or you are always thinking of evil – how to defraud others, how to commit sin, how to displace people from their position so that you may occupy it? Also, what are the words proceeding out of your mouth? Are you fond of making jest that are not godly or speak worldly slangs or dirty words that do not edify people spiritually? You need to reconsider those things because you are going to give account of all foolish words and thoughts of yours at the judgment seat of Christ. Watch your language and your thought.

Point of Emphasis:          You will either be justified or condemned by your words and thoughts. 

Prayer Point:                                     Lord, let my words and thoughts be always seasoned with salt and minister grace to the hearers.

TES PAROLES ET TES PENSEES SERONT AUSSI JUGEES

                            MATT.12 :35-37 ; 15 :17-20                            

Les croyants doivent savoir que devant le tribunal de Christ, ce ne sont pas seulement leurs œuvres qui seront jugées mais aussi leurs paroles et leurs pensées. Frère, à quoi ressemble ta pensée ? Ta pensée est-elle en ligne droite avec la parole de Dieu ou bien formes-tu toujours de mauvais desseins ? – à savoir comment escroquer les autres, comment commettre un péché, comment déloger les gens de leur position afin d’occuper leur place. De même, quelles sont ces paroles-là qui sortent de ta bouche ? As-tu l’habitude de faire des plaisanteries contraires à la piété ou de parler en argots mondains ou de prononcer des expressions malsaines qui n’édifient pas les gens spirituellement ? Tu as besoin de revoir ces choses car tu rendras compte de toutes tes paroles et de tes pensées insensées devant le tribunal de Christ. Fais donc attention à ton langage et à tes pensées.

Point essentiel : Tu seras soit justifié ou condamné par tes paroles et tes pensées.

Axe de prière : Seigneur, que mes paroles et mes pensées soient en tout temps assaisonnées de sel et qu’elles rendent service aux auditeurs.
