Memory verse: But Peter, standing up with the eleven, raised his voice and said to them, “Men of Judea and all who dwell in Jerusalem, let this be known to you, and heed my words. For these are not drunk as you suppose, since it is only the third hour of the day”. (Acts 2:14-15) NKJV
DAILY BIBLE READING
Is Saul Also Among The Prophets?
1 Sam. 10:1-11
For Saul to know that God had anointed him a leader over Israel, Samuel gave him about three signs that would confirm the message. One of them was that when he met the sons of the Prophets, the Spirit of the Lord would come upon him and he would prophesy. When this sign came to pass, the Bible records that Saul became another man, to the extent that people were asking themselves if Saul was among the Prophets. The transformating power of the Holy Spirit makes the impossible possible, makes the ordinary becomes supernatural and translates one to an unimaginable spiritual level. You must ask the Holy Spirit to transform your life.
Point of Emphasis: You will become another man when the Holy Spirit comes on you (v.6).
Prayer Point: Holy Spirit, come upon me afresh and transform my life.
