Arrangement For The Jerusalem Collection

2 Cor. 9:1-5

Giving is seen as a proof of our love and should be done sacrificially and voluntarily. By giving to God we sow not only our money, but also faith, time and service, thus reaping greater faith and blessing. When God supplies abundance, it is so that we may multiply our good works. Giving increases our dedication to God and activates the work of God in our financial affairs. Sacrificial giving is essential to the nature and character of Jesus Christ. He became poor so that we may be rich. God wants the same attitude sacrificial giving among believers as an evidence of His grace working within us. That is the reason why Apostle Paul gave encouragement to the Corinthian Church that he may not to be disappointed in them when those of Macedonia come with Him. Therefore, take this encouragement also.

Point of Emphasis:     Give what will be acceptable before God. 

Prayer Point:             God, help me to always remember those who are in need and do good to them.

LE PLAN POUR LA COLLECTE DE JERUSALEM

2 CO. 9 :1-5

Donner est vu comme étant une preuve de notre amour et doit être fait de façon sacrificielle et volontaire. En donnant à Dieu, nous semons non seulement notre argent mais aussi la foi, le temps et le service, moissonnant ainsi une foi et une bénédiction, plus grandes. Quand Dieu donne en abondance, il le fait ainsi afin nous puissions multiplier nos bonnes œuvres. Donner augmente notre dédicace à Dieu et déclenche l’œuvre de Dieu dans nos affaires financières. Donner de manière sacrificielle est essentiel à la nature et au caractère de Jésus-Christ. Il devint pauvre afin que nous soyons riches. Dieu désire la même attitude de don sacrificiel parmi les croyants comme une évidence de sa grâce travaillant en nous. C’est la raison pour laquelle, l’apôtre Paul a donné des encouragements à l’église de Corinthe afin qu’il ne soit pas déçu d’eux quand ceux de la Macédoine viendraient avec lui. Accepte cet encouragement toi aussi.

Point essentiel : Donne ce qui sera agréable à Dieu.

Axe de prière : Dieu, aide-moi à me souvenir toujours de ceux qui sont dans le besoin et à leur faire du bien.
